(SCG INTL INDIA), a subsidiary of Construction and Building Materials has acquired a joint venture Siam Cement BigBloc Construction Technologies — share holdings are 52% and 48% accordingly.

We have already started marketing under the brand named “Zmartbuild” to offer a wide range of construction products and solutions, including the distribution of AAC panels for this joint venture.
