SCG INTERNATIONAL MALAYSIA Joins Prime Minister's Dialogue with the Thai Business Community in Malaysia_0

                SCG INTERNATIONAL (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., represented by Ms. Chomplearn Sumethasorn, Malaysia Office Manager, ASEAN Region, participated in the Prime Minister’s Dialogue with the Thai Business Community in Malaysia, organized by the Royal Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur during the official visit of H.E. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of Thailand, on 9 July 2026.

               The Dialogue brought together representatives from 17 leading Thai companies and organizations across seven business sectors to exchange views on business operations, discuss key challenges, and explore opportunities to strengthen Thailand–Malaysia trade and investment cooperation. 

              During the Dialogue, SCG INTERNATIONAL MALAYSIA shared its business direction in Malaysia, highlighting its commitment to Green Business and sustainable growth. The company also provided recommendations to enhance cross-border trade efficiency for construction materials through improved trade facilitation and greater utilization of rail transportation.

                The Prime Minister welcomed the recommendations from the Thai private sector and reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to supporting Thai businesses overseas through closer public–private collaboration and enhanced trade and investment facilitation.
