SCG International Join forces with BUNA to develop green construction in Saudi Arabia

Bangkok, May 10, 2024 — SCG International Corporation Co., Ltd. (SCG International) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with BUNA AL MAMLAKA (BUNA) to introduce cutting-edge construction technologies in Saudi Arabia. This significant move is part of SCG International’s broader strategy to expand its business across South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa (SAMEA).

The partnership will leverage green construction technologies, including Ultra High-Performance Concrete (UHPC), SCG’s Ready Mix Concrete Technology, and SCG 3D Printing technilogy. The collaboration, led by Mr. Abhijit Datta, Managing Director of SCG International, and Mr. Eslam M. Radwan, CEO of BUNA, underscores a commitment to sustainability and innovation in construction.

Key initiatives include a UHPC project in BUNA’s developments, which employs advanced Jacketing systems to enhance structural integrity and sustainability. Additionally, BUNA will showcase SCG’s innovative building materials in the showrooms of SUMOU Holding, the parent company of BUNA, across Saudi Arabia in the next phase. This alliance not only promotes eco-friendly construction but also strengthens ties between the companies, setting the stage for transformative projects in the construction industry.
