We manage the supply chain in sequence: First, we qualify suppliers by screening and documenting them against your requirements, and you receive a supplier assessment summary. Next, we confirm specifications and negotiate price and terms, which gives you a quotation and an agreed specification. Once an order is placed, we monitor production and track the timeline, so you get regular status updates.
From there, we arrange testing, inspection, certificates, and documentation for your destination market, and you receive the test reports, certificates, and inspection records. We then coordinate shipping, export documentation, and customs, and hand you a complete set of shipping documents. We manage delivery to the agreed destination and Incoterm and confirm it on arrival. After that, we stay engaged for reorders, issues, and expansion through ongoing account support.
